Zrentili
The Zrentili are an organization of Moochava dedicated to the removal of the existing gods -- and by extension, the laws of reality as we understand them -- and their replacing by overlapping zones of ego-activated subjective realities that they call Mjornes. The Zrentili wage aggressive wars of expansion to spread their philosophy. Regions under their control are called Mjornic Space or Dead God Realms, and most who enter never return.
Due to the "never return" clause of Zrentili relations with other races, little is known about them. Scholars of Moochava history posit that the Zrentili were part of the original Amuni expedition at the end of the 11th eon, while others suspect that the Asmids captured and altered Moochava as part of a long-running experiment-war against the Chakturs. Details of Zrentili philosophy are similarly murky: the exact point of generating Mjornes has never been clear, though the effects are real enough: a Dead God Realm becomes bound to subjective will and whim, no longer ruled by any sort of regular law or higher authority.
Zrentili technology is better understood than Zrentili thought, especially their military forces. Zrentili ships often contain only a single Moochava of extraordinary mental prowess, able to generate a Mjornic Space of his own around the entire vessel. Their vessels often contain smaller, semi-autonomous vehicles or "pods" that are used to ram other ships or to bombard planets with deadly and self-willed poison spores that can devastate an ecosystem. Zrentili foot-troopers favor flexible whip-like weapons and devastating lightning-generators called galvan guns. The last major Zrentili offensive struck ten years ago, destroying swaths of Warbwunian space and the Human Imperium, before they were driven back by the thwarting of their spore-combat system.
